Thank you for shopping at MyElleVie.com. Due to the nature of our personal care products, once an order has shipped we do not accept returns or exchanges. We also do not accept returns for reasons including if the product "scent" is not what you were expecting. If you’re unsure about a scent, we offer sample sets and 1oz tins of several scents. If you’re new to the brand, we encourage you to explore our fragrances with the samples before committing to a full-sized product. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions. If your order is damaged, or you are missing items, please email us with your order number to help@myellevie.com within 10 days of delivery. We will respond within 24 business hours. Any reports of damaged items should be accompanied by a photo of the issue. This is a necessary step for our claims process.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Elle Vie Body Products, LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer or if the package exceeded the maximum amount of time to be held at a pick-up location, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs. Elle Vie is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds or replacements will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Elle Vie Body Products, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show a confirmed delivery receipt at the address entered by the customer when ordering. Upon inquiry, Elle Vie LLC will verify delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information, as well as ensure optimal delivery conditions to include safeguarding the package once delivered. Customers should contact the carrier for any information regarding delivery or any discrepancies thereof. A tracking number will help facilitate the carrier in their investigation.
Of note, Elle Vie offers a shipping protection service via a third-party company for a small fee. If shipping protection is selected, only one claim per order is allowed. If a customer chooses to opt out of this protection at checkout, Elle Vie Body Products will not be able to intervene in the event of shipping discrepancies and cannot be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
