SHIPPING POLICY

We take great care in the quality of our products and do our due diligence with every order we deliver. Therefore, Elle Vie’s standard processing and shipping may take no more than four (4) days from the day you ordered. Tracking information will be shared once your order ships which will allow you to track your package each step of the way.

Should we not be able to honor our standard shipping policy, we will personally be in touch, via email or text, to give you up to date information on your order status.

RETURN POLICY

Elle Vie staff works tirelessly to create natural products that are safe, effective and meeting your expectations.  We pride ourselves on delivering excellent quality and want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. 

If for some reason you aren’t happy with your order or have questions or concerns with the Elle Vie experience, please email us at help@myellevie.com so that we can work on finding a resolution.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We, currently, do not ship internationally.  We do ship to all 50 United States and its territories, as well as APO/FPO and DPO.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Transparency is an integral part of our customer service philosophy. Our shipping policy indicates that we strive to ship within 4 business days of your order. We always communicate with you when your order has shipped and invite you to track your order through the information provided when your order ships.

TRACKING MY ORDER

Upon placing your order, we provide tracking information to follow your package as it transports and transits on its way to you. If you did not receive tracking information please contact us at help@myellevie.com

IN PERSON PICK UP OPTION

Elle Vie Body Products’ headquarters are based in Dallas, TX. We are happy to offer an in-person pick up option for our local customers who follow the online instructions while ordering. 

When placing your order online make sure to select the PICKUP delivery option at check out. Once your order is available, we will contact you with details for pickup at our offices.

PRODUCT SHELF LIFE

Elle Vie Body Products are made with carefully sourced, 100% natural, and preservative free ingredients. Therefore, we guarantee optimal quality within 6 months of receipt.

PRODUCT INTEGRITY

Because of the preservative-free nature of our whipped butters, they can be subject to melting. We strongly recommend that all our products are stored in a cool dark place, away from direct sunlight and elevated temperatures. 

MY BUTTER HAS MELTED

Our butters are sensitive to warm temperatures. Although its impact on quality and performance is minimal, we understand that you want to maintain the level of quality you expect from Elle Vie. 

Here is a tip! If your butter has become soft or has melted, simply store it in the refrigerator until it cools. The whipped texture may have changed but it will continue to keep you ash free!

PRODUCT SAMPLES

We are committed to researching new scents. That is why we periodically add free, button-sized samples to your orders to give you a sneak peak of what’s cooking at Elle Vie and getting your feedback through periodic surveys. 

If you want samples of our most popular scents in our collection, then our featured sample set offers you the freedom to discover our products without committing to a specific scent. We do not currently offer wholesale pricing.

MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You are in love with our products, have taken on a subscription but you’d like to make some changes.

How to manage your subscription. If you didn’t create an account when you initially subscribed, an account must be created using the same email address you submitted when you requested your subscription. Only with an account can you log in to manage or cancel your subscription. When using your mobile go to the menu and sign in. If you are on a desktop computer, navigate to top right of the screen and sign in. Logged in? You are now ready to make your desired changes.

Some available changes:

  • Swap, add or remove product(s)
  • Skip delivery for a Month
  • Cancel Subscription
